McCarthys will once again be selling Christmas hampers online this year, supplying all the meat that you will need for the perfect Christmas.
This year we will be offering a bigger range of Hampers to suit different tastes and budgets. Look out for our range which will be available to order online from the end of November.

Please note that:
We will only be delivering Christmas Hampers and Turkeys to County Cork and County Dublin. Deliveries of Hampers and turkeys will be on 23rd December.
Christmas orders that do not include turkey will be delivered on the week of 16th – 20th December.

| Tim McCarthy took part in the Theatre of food and took the opportunity to question why we have so much poor quality imported food in our supermarket aisles when we live on an Isle which is full of incredible food producers. Also on stage were Paul Flynn, John McKenna, Ross Lewis whose new book is our An Irish Food Story and which we are proud to say features McCarthy’s, and Derry Clarke

| Bia Bofinne, A Taste of Inishbofin: 4th – 6th October |

Tim had a great time in Inishbofin, he worked hard though, he butchered twenty fine Inishbofin lambs in a single day for sale at the market, and performed a public demonstration of the production of lamb sausages, chops, joints, burgers – a complete nose to tail butchery demonstration.
Tim was pleased to meet JP McMahon of the Aniar Restaurant in Galway at the event.
